American Transplant Congress (ATC) 2027: dates, venue and where to stay

American Transplant Congress (ATC) 2027 at a glance

American Transplant Congress (ATC) 2027 brings transplant physicians, surgeons, nurses, pharmacists, scientists and organ procurement staff to downtown Seattle. The organizer has published these details:

• Dates: Saturday, June 5 to Wednesday, June 9, 2027, per ATC.
• Venue: Seattle Convention Center, 705 Pike Street (listed by ASTS).
• Organizers: the joint annual meeting of the American Society of Transplantation (AST) and the American Society of Transplant Surgeons (ASTS). AST says it draws over 4,000 attendees each year.
• Related: AST lists its Medical Directors Forum for June 4–5, 2027, just before ATC in Seattle.
• Key dates: ATC lists abstracts closing November 19, 2026 and registration opening in early January 2027.

Always confirm dates, hours and rooms on the official site before you travel; we update this guide when the organizer publishes more.

Why a 2-bedroom near the convention center

Transplant teams often travel together: a surgeon, a coordinator and a pharmacist, or a group of fellows. A 2-bedroom with two full baths (the Two-Bath 2BR) makes 7 AM sessions easier, and its in-unit washer & dryer helps over five days. The First Hill hospitals, including Virginia Mason and Swedish, are also close if you have site visits.

• The Lumière 2BR: sleeps 6, round table that seats four.
• The Two-Bath 2BR: sleeps 6, two full bathrooms.
• The Top-Floor 2BR: sleeps 5, top floor with skyline views and a workspace.

All three have a full kitchen and are professionally cleaned after every stay; 1311 and 1407 have an in-unit washer & dryer, and 1502 guests use the shared laundry room on the 2nd floor of the building. Check-in is from 4:00 PM.

Getting there

From Sea-Tac Airport: take Link light rail 1 Line to Westlake Station, then walk about 7 minutes. Sound Transit quotes 38 minutes from the airport to downtown. See our Sea-Tac to downtown guide.

Driving: downtown garages fill during big meetings. Our building has garage spaces for compact cars on request (SUVs do not fit); see the parking guide.
