How far are the apartments from the Seattle Convention Center?
About a 3-minute walk. Both Summit (900 Pine St) and Arch (705 Pike St) are about 0.1 miles in a straight line from the building.
How do I get from Sea-Tac Airport?
Take Link light rail (1 Line) to Westlake Station, then walk about 7 minutes. No transfer is needed.
Why book direct?
You get 10% off when you book direct. You pay the nightly rate plus the direct cleaning fee and taxes, shown in full at checkout before you pay. Payment is by card on Lodgify's secure checkout, processed by Stripe.
Is there a cleaning fee or deposit?
Fees are shown in full at checkout before you pay, with no community fee on direct bookings. Direct bookings have a $300 refundable security deposit hold (not a charge) placed before arrival and released after checkout if there is no damage.
What is the payment and cancellation policy?
Pay 50% at booking and the balance 14 days before arrival (pay in full if booking within 14 days). Full refund 30+ days before arrival, 50% refund 14–29 days before, no refund under 14 days.
Is parking available?
Garage parking for compact cars is available on request. SUVs do not fit.
Are the apartments good for hospital visits or travel nurses?
Yes for location: Virginia Mason is about 0.2 mi, Swedish First Hill about 0.5 mi and Harborview about 0.7 mi away (straight line; First Hill is uphill). Each apartment has a full kitchen and an in-unit washer & dryer.
Where should I stay near the Seattle Convention Center?
For groups, a 2-bedroom apartment within a few minutes' walk is often simpler than two hotel rooms. Our three apartments at 1400 Hubbell Place are a 3-minute walk from the Convention Center (Summit and Arch), sleep 5–6, and have full kitchens.
Where can I stay near Swedish First Hill, Virginia Mason or Harborview?
Our building at 1400 Hubbell Place is about 0.2 mi from Virginia Mason (roughly a 5-minute walk), 0.5 mi from Swedish First Hill (roughly 10 min) and 0.7 mi from Harborview (roughly 20 min). These are estimates; First Hill is uphill.
How long is the walk to Pike Place Market and other sights?
Per our listings: Paramount Theatre about 2 minutes, Convention Center 3, Westlake light rail 7, Pacific Place 7, Seattle Art Museum 12, Pike Place Market 15 and the waterfront ferry terminal about 20.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No pets (service animals welcome), no smoking, no parties.
Who can book?
The primary guest must be 25 or older, sign the rental agreement and complete an ID check before arrival.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Direct bookings are paid by card on Lodgify's checkout; card payments are processed by Stripe.
