Who we are

Seattle Convention Stays: three privately hosted 2-bedroom apartments in one downtown Seattle building, a short walk from the Seattle Convention Center. Questions about this page: hello@seattleconventionstays.com.

Website analytics (no cookies)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to this website and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies or local storage, and Cloudflare says it does not fingerprint visitors by IP address, browser or any other data. It records things like the page viewed, the page you came from, browser and device type, country and how fast the page loaded.

When you tap an email or booking link or send a form, the page also loads a tiny blank counter page on this website (for example /go/book/), so we can count how many people get in touch. It does not record who you are or anything you type or send.

We don't use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website. To opt out of the count, block static.cloudflareinsights.com in your browser or content blocker.

Forms and email

Our corporate and group request form and our returning-guest list signup are emailed to hello@seattleconventionstays.com through the form service FormSubmit. We use your details only to reply to your request, or for the guest list to send that list's emails, and never share them. The contact form on the home page opens your own email app with your message filled in.

Booking site

Direct bookings are made on book.seattleconventionstays.com, which runs on Lodgify. That site has its own cookie banner and cookie policy, which explain the cookies it uses. Card payments there are processed by Stripe.
