How a company account works

  1. Send the form. Tick "Set up a company account" and add your billing details.
  2. We reply by email with availability and a written quote, including a monthly rate if you asked for one.
  3. We issue your corporate booking code once your account is set up.
  4. Your travelers quote the code when they ask to book. Their stays go on your company's invoice.

Questions groups ask

How many people can you host?

Up to 17 guests across our three 2-bedroom apartments in the same downtown Seattle building: 1311 and 1407 sleep up to 6 each, and 1502 sleeps up to 5.

Can we get one invoice for the whole stay?

Yes. Tell us in the form that you need an invoice and add your billing entity, address and any PO or VAT number. Every apartment and night in your booking goes on one invoice for your company. Payment terms are set out in your written quote.

Do you offer monthly rates?

Yes, on request. Send your dates and group size and we will reply with a written monthly quote. We don't publish monthly prices on the site.

What is a corporate booking code?

When your company sets up an account with us, we issue a corporate booking code on request. Your travelers quote it when they ask to book, so their stays are linked to your company account and your invoice. We don't publish codes on the site.

Who do we talk to?

One dedicated contact address for your company's quotes, bookings, changes and invoices: hello@seattleconventionstays.com. You can also use the request form on this page.

Do you offer group or corporate rates?

Every direct booking gets 10% off when you book direct. For multiple apartments or longer stays, send the form and we will reply with availability and a written quote for your dates.

Which apartments have a washer and dryer?

1311 and 1407 each have an in-unit washer & dryer. 1502 has no in-unit washer & dryer; its guests use the shared laundry room on the 2nd floor of the building.

Are the apartments wheelchair accessible?

No. None of our three apartments is wheelchair accessible, so they may not suit guests who use a wheelchair or need step-free access.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes: a $300 refundable security deposit hold is placed on the card before arrival and released after checkout if there is no damage.
